At Hi-tech Qld, we obtain design plan approvals and install to Australian Standards and local statutory approvals.
Once the boiler is in place, the interconnecting pipework is run to the feedtanks, deaerator, economisers, baghouse and ducting
We have equipment at the ready for the smooth running of your installation, including:
• Crane + Operator.
• Welding Machines.
• Oxy.
• Lifting Equipment – lugs, jacks, harnesses.
Hi-tech Qld access drawings & plans and work is completed by ticketed certified staff. We work in conjunction with Civil Designers to design new boiler room layouts with Structural Design Engineers to incorporate special client needs if required.

Steam Boilers
Our Steam Boilers hire range is from 200kg/hr to 15,000kg/hr with options for running boilers in parallel, operating at pressures up to 17 bar.
Hot Water Boilers
We have Hot Water Boilers ranging from 75kW to 22,000kW with options for running boilers in parallel, operating pressures up to 750KPA.
Packages:
Hi-tech Qld hire boilers come in different packages including trailer mounter, containerised or complete with temporary boilerhouse for larger applications. Our hire packages can include:
• Steam hoses and connections
• Pipe work
• Blowdown vessels
• Water treatment package
• Fuel Tanks
• Chimney and/or flue sections
Hire charges can be weekly or monthly and can include delivery, installation, set-up and commissioning, depending on your needs. Customers need only an operator and have access to water, fuel and electrical supplies
